What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), business details (name, BIN, address), and the invoices, purchases, certificates and returns you enter. Login and activity logs (time, IP) for security.

Why

To provide the service, verify documents, give support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Verification page

Scanning a QR code shows the information printed on the document itself (seller, BIN, number, amounts, buyer name). Nothing else is disclosed.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, signing keys are encrypted at rest. Issued documents cannot be altered.

Your rights

You can view, correct (except issued documents), export and delete your account. The legal duty to retain VAT records for 5 years remains yours.
