After 14 days you can no longer issue new documents, but your data and every issued invoice stay visible and QR verification keeps working. Pay for the plan you choose and everything resumes as soon as the payment is approved.
Yes. Request the new plan under Settings › Plan; we confirm the amount by phone or email before you pay. Upgrades take effect at once, downgrades at the end of the current period.
No. Pay monthly or yearly, in advance. There is no setup fee and no cancellation fee. On Business and Pro we do the setup for you at no charge.
You can still sign in to view and download everything — invoices, registers and returns as PDF or Excel. QR verification of issued invoices keeps working, because to your buyers and NBR they are your records.
On Pro, up to 5 businesses (separate BINs) of one owner share one subscription — one login, one payment, each with its own invoice sequence and return. Managing other people's businesses, as a firm? That is the partner programme.
